Refund Policy
Unfortunately, due to the fact that these guides are customized and are provided in a Microsoft Word format, there are no refunds on a policy guide. These guides are written to pass muster with regulators and investors, and for use in internal training. If the policy guide is provided to a regulator and they recommend changes or additions (an email notice from them or other acceptable evidence with their request is necessary), and the guide was unaltered by you after receipt, your guide will be updated at no charge for up to 6 months after the date of purchase.
If you are requested to update your policy guide due to a regulator request, please Contact Us right away and the guide provided to you at the time of your original purchase will be revised and resent to you.
If this policy is concerning to you, it is recommended you purchase one guide to ensure your satisfaction prior to any bulk purchases.
Delivery
All products are delivered via email to the individual purchasing the guide. You will receive an immediate emailed receipt. The receipt will also contain a "download link". Click on the download link and it will provide a simple questionnaire to complete and return so the guide can be customized to your operations. You are also welcome to customize the guide yourself if preferred, but the price reflects the initial customization and does not reduce for self-customization. See also the policy above on refunds, self-customization would prevent your current copy from being modified at no charge if altered after receipt.
Once the response to the questionnaire is received you will receive the customized policy guide via email within 24-48 hours depending on the specific guide.
If you purchase the complete set of P&P contained in the Regulatory Compliance guide this guide is specifically customized for you and contains 342 pre-customization pages so I will work with you individually to get customized information from you. Due to the size of this document, this will require additional time and is dependent on effective and timely correspondence between us, so I cannot give a definitive time period, but if you provide the data necessary to complete this guide in a timely manner you will receive the guide within 5 business days after receipt of the data needed for customization.
